By subscribing to the municipal alerts and notifications service, the subscriber acknowledges that the operation of telecommunications networks is not the responsibility of the Municipality of Noyan. The municipality cannot guarantee reception times, transmission quality or accessibility to the Internet network, whether wired or mobile, offered by service providers.
Although notices are sent free of charge by the Municipality of Noyan, charges may be levied by your telecommunications service provider. We recommend that you verify this information with your provider. Notifications are compatible with most recent cell phones.
The subscriber consents to the collection of his or her personal information, which is kept confidential and processed in accordance with applicable laws. This data is used solely for the purpose of sending municipal alerts and notifications.
By subscribing, the subscriber accepts all these conditions and releases the municipality of Noyan from any liability in this respect.
